One thing to succeed in life is to be disciplined ,
Daily work out is what is required
No short cuts,
Eat as u can ,
Eat as much as you can,
But spare one hour of your routine to exercise ,
One hour to make your heart healthy
With good heart comes good life
With good life comes good ageing
Gulp ,gulp,gulp
But also burn ,burn and burn
If you dont burn fat,IT WILL BURN YOU
IT will Burn you for sure.

It will grow again in unconventional way
