02 2019-August-11 Independence day ride (73 KM)


Our DOCS & Friends fitness group has been celebrating our Independence day each year by cycling as many kilometers as the year of celebrating.

 మేము మా "డాక్టర్స్ అండ్ ఫ్రెండ్స్అనే "గ్రూపు తరపున ఆరోగ్యపరమైన వ్యాయామ కలాపాల కార్యక్రమాలు  నిర్వహిస్తూ ఉంటాము. గత నాలుగేళ్లుగా ప్రతి స్వాతంత్ర దినోత్సవం నాడు  సైక్లింగ్ కార్యక్రమాన్ని నిర్వహిస్తున్నాము. మన 70వ భారతదేశ స్వతంత్ర దినం మొదలుకొని ప్రతి ఏడూ ఆ స్వతంత్ర దినం నాడు ఎన్నో  సంవత్సరం అయితే అన్ని కిలోమీటర్లు సైక్లింగ్ చేయడం అనేది ఒక ఆనవాయితీగా నడిపిస్తున్నాం 
This year 6 of group members have cycled 73 Kilometers (as this is 73rd year of Independence). We did it on 11th, as it was sunday and a free day. And on 15th members may have to participate in official events. Sasikumar Nuthalapati, a chemical engineer, was occupied on the 11th with some prior commitments, he completed the same ride on 12th.

  • ఈ సంవత్సరం మా గ్రూపులోని ఆరుగురు సభ్యులు, ఈ సంవత్సరం 73వ స్వతంత్ర దినోత్సవం కావున, 73 కిలోమీటర్లు సైకిల్ పై పూర్తిచేసే విధంగా,అమరావతిలోని  గౌతమ బుద్ధుడి విగ్రహం వద్దకు సైకిళ్లపై వెళ్లి తిరిగి గుంటూరు చేరుకున్నాం. అందరికీ 15వ తారీఖున వారి వారి ఉద్యోగ విద్యాలయాలలో స్వాతంత్ర దినోత్సవ వేడుకలు జరుపుకునేందుకు వీలుగా ఉండేటట్లు నాలుగు రోజులు ముందుగా ఆదివారం 11 వ తారీకున ఈ కార్యక్రమాన్ని నిర్వహించాము.

It was nice riding with Dr Moulali, Suhas, Samanyu, Pravaeen and Krishna Kanth. We had a cardiologist, and 3 young engineers and a businessman together. (I am a plastic surgeon) ఒక కార్డియాలజిస్ట్, ముగ్గురు యువ ఇంజనీరింగ్ విద్యార్థులు మరి ఒక వ్యాపారవేత్త తోటి సైక్లింగ్ ఆదివారం నాడు అత్యంత ఉత్సాహంగా జరిగింది. ఉదయం 4 -30 గంటలకు మొదలు పెట్టి 9 గంటలకు తిరిగి ఇంటికి చేరుకున్నాం
The young and able men and a cardiologist in the team is a boon. Praveen Yeddu is a fellow fitness enthusiast. He is extremely fit and rode 73 kms on a routine 'Hero' commute cycle. He is also a avid runner. Currently pursuing final year of Btech and an army aspirant. Samanyu's father is an army officer and Samanyu is an aspiring army officer. He intends to serve the nation after finishing his engineering which he is pursuing now. Krishna Kanth wants to also join the armed forces. Sri Suhas is a business man
మేమందరం తేలికపాటి సైకిల్స్ పై సవారీ చేయగా ప్రవీణ్ అనే విద్యార్థి ఒక సాధారణ సైకిల్ పై ఈ సైక్లింగ్ చేయడం అద్భుతం. 
samanyu అనే విద్యార్థి  తండ్రి  ఆర్మీ ఆఫీసర్. తండ్రి బాటలోనే తనయుడు ఇంజనీరింగ్ విద్యను పూర్తిచేసి ఆర్మీ లోనే చేరి దేశ సేవ చేయాలని నిర్ణయించుకున్నాడు. ఇతని స్ఫూర్తి తోటే ఇతడి తోటి విద్యార్థులు ప్రవీణ్ మరియు కృష్ణకాంత్ కూడా తమ తమ ఇంజనీరింగ్ విద్యను అభ్యసించిన తర్వాత ఆర్మీలో ఆఫీసర్స్ గా చేరాలని ఉత్సాహంగా ఉన్నారు

INTO THE LIFE

If living is what you call a Life, you must read this. Because this place is all LIFE. I was intimated about the trip 5 days prior. My pockets were empty out of money but were full of determination and desperation to go. I had started thinking of ways and decided to sell things on OLX. I had uploaded ancient coins, a vintage reel camera, a cycle pump and a path detecting robot vehicle I had made during our final semester project.  I was running out of time and sold none of the above. I was afraid but deep inside I strongly wanted to go. Fortunately, on the very last day I got calls from olx buyers and sold everything on a single day. Bike Packing Trip To #BHADRACHALAM

What could possibly be more blissful than a long bike-packing trip?  We had planned this ride with the intention of making the last days of college much more memorable. I am Krishna kanth along with my buddy and brother- in-arms,  Samanyu. Prior to the trip, we hadn't the slightest idea that the place would turn out to be so stunning. BHADRACHALAM, the place gave us what we wanted-- PLEASURE.  With neither a bungee strap nor a packing bag, we made it all the way with only a fold-able travel bag and an elastic rope. Though we always carried Rear Lights, Front Lights, Extra Batteries, Puncture Kit, Salt Capsules, Wet Wipes, Chargers,  Helmets and Reflective Vests, we decided to add two pairs of Night Wear and Casuals to the list.
